Orders typically have a processing time of 3-5 business days, around the holidays this can increase to 10 business days.

We offer worldwide delivery from our production facility in the Netherlands. Shipping rates vary by region and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs will be calculated afterwards based on weight and destination.
All shipments are processed from our Dutch warehouse. For specific delivery requests or pallet shipments, please contact us prior to placing your order.

How annoying, unfortunately we do not have control over how our carriers deliver the products. You can contact our head office (info@treatments.nl or 0180-783552) and we will provide a suitable solution.

How are concepts delivered?
Concepts are delivered by post, after which an appointment will be made with the account manager for installation in your store.
I have an urgent order, what can I do?
For urgent orders, we advise you to contact our head office. We are happy to think along with you.

Wil je meer leren over onze skincare, massages, behandelingen of verkoopondersteuning in de salon of winkel?
Wij bieden praktische trainingen bij Treatments®, gericht op het direct toepassen in de praktijk.
Voor informatie, mogelijkheden en het inplannen van een training kun je mailen naar bianca@treatments.nl.
Hebben jullie een speciale korting?
Bij Treatments® werken wij met acties voor retail waarbij een korting direct is inbegrepen. Deze acties worden per e-mail gedeeld en zijn ook terug te vinden op onze website onder ‘Acties & Sale’. Let op: het vergeten in te voeren van een kortingscode kan helaas niet met terugwerkende kracht worden toegepast.
