Where is my order?

Orders typically have a processing time of 3-5 business days, around the holidays this can increase to 10 business days.

My product is damaged

How annoying, unfortunately we do not have control over how our carriers deliver the products. You can contact our head office (info@treatments.nl or 0180-783552) and we will provide a suitable solution.

How are concepts delivered?

Concepts are delivered by post, after which an appointment will be made with the account manager for installation in your store.

I have an urgent order, what can I do?

For urgent orders, we advise you to contact our head office. We are happy to think along with you.
