Why do I have to fill out a form to create an account?

In order to gain access to our wholesale prices, customised conditions and exclusive B2B range as a business customer, we ask you to complete the registration form once.
Based on your company details, we can assess your application, assign the correct customer group and activate your account.
After approval, you will receive immediate access to the full B2B environment of Treatments.

I already have a business account, can I log in with this?

We recently switched to a new B2B environment based on renewed software. For security reasons and to be able to serve you optimally, we ask all business customers to create a new account via the registration form .

How long does it take for my account to be approved?

Your application will be reviewed by our sales team within 24 hours . Once your account is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and direct access to the B2B webshop.
